A lighting technician has spoken out about his brief romance with Jennifer Aniston, insisting the actress instigated their romance.

 

 Jennifer Aniston had a secret relationship with a film crew worker.

Brian Bouma, 40, met the actress on the Canadian set of her 2008 movie "Love Happens" and claims she made the first move in instigating their romance, even inviting him to spend 10 days in Beverly Hills with her in Los Angeles - including accompanying her to best friend Courteney Cox's Oscars party - and later asking him to visit her when she shot comedy film "Marley & Me".

Brian told America's Star magazine, "As a lighting technician, you learn not to approach the talent, but she approached me."

"I was only on set for seven hours. But the old quote says it best, 'She had me at hello.'"

"I had a crush on her. It was impossible not to. Jennifer knocked my socks off."

"All that's written about her being lonely is just ridiculous. I didn't spend time with Jen because she was famous or successful. I've been down that road before. It usually means trouble with a capital T. It was because of the conversation that first time we spoke. She's genuine, sincere and charismatic."

According to Brian, Jennifer - who embarked on a romance with musician John Mayer soon after ending their relationship - prefers "bad boys" and made him feel like a "school boy" during their time together.

He added, "It was an overwhelming experience. I guess she just wasn't that into me. She did tell me that I was too 'Mr. Pure'."

"She kind of made me feel and act like a young school boy."

Jennifer is said to be "mortified" by Brian's revelations and is shocked he has decided to make their romance public.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper, "Jennifer and Brian had a brief fling. The fact he's sold out on her is annoying but she's mortified to have been made out as some kind of cougar."

Well, I don’t think Jennifer Aniston is living like a nun, and the best way for a lady like her to keep her love life out of the spotlight is to date guys who are not in the spotlight (although I’d still love to see her with Bradley Cooper, or even George Clooney), but this… I don’t know what to believe.

Brian Bouma, who worked as a lighting tech on the movie ‘Love Happens,’ claims he dated Jennifer. He’s telling all to Star magazine, and Radar Online got a preview of the interview. Brian claims Jennifer pursued him and likes “bad boys.”

“[Dating Jennifer] was an overwhelming experience. I just want to set the record straight, she’s not the person people think she is.

“All that’s written about her being lonely is just ridiculous. I didn’t spend time with Jen because she was famous or successful. I’ve been down that road before. It usually mean trouble with a capital T. It was because of the conversation that first time we spoke. She’s genuine, sincere and charismatic.”

So what went wrong with the couple? Brian says he wasn’t enough of a “bad boy.”

“It was an overwhelming experience. I guess she just wasn’t that into me. She did tell me that I was too ‘Mr. Pure.’ She kind of made me feel and act like a young school boy.”

And apparently, that was a little tough on Brian’s ego. Guys !

“It would have been even better if I thought she was a jerk. But she’s an amazing, beautiful and talented woman who’s sweet and kind and treats everyone, with respect.”

Jennifer Aniston, who is a Manhattanite by heart, is abandoning her dream Beverly Hills home (with a modest price tag of $42 million), for a New York City pad. And the new place is only gonna cost her $5.9 mil -- almost exactly 1/7th the cost!

She's apparently over living in Tinseltown, and is trading in her sprawling zen-themed "Ohana" (Hawaiian for "extended family") estate, that she designed herself, for a luxurious Manhattan penthouse.

It'll be quite a downscale. Her 10,000 square foot Beverly Hills home boasts five bedrooms, seven and a half baths, a wet bar, a multimillion dollar gym, a staff room. Her new 1,200 square foot penthouse will have just one bedroom and bathroom. But this is NYC, where anything over 500 feet is lavish. Oh, and then there's the 800 square foot terrace with panoramic views of the city.

Alright, sold. Like, we're sold...not the house. She's recently said about the trans-continental move: "I've been looking and looking and looking. I grew up here (New York City). I miss it. There is nothing like being in the city that is just the city of Everyman. It's all walks of life - I love that!"

Several weeks ago, I wrote about a hilarious and suspicious item in The National Enquirer. It came right on the heels of Bradley Cooper and Renee Zellweger’s breakup, and it was all about how Jennifer Aniston was trying to ride the B. Coop pony once again. Remember, Aniston and Bradley had a minor little thing back in 2009 when they went on some dinner dates. After those dates, Bradley went out of his way to deny that he was dating Aniston, and shortly after that, Us Weekly published an “exposé” about why Bradley and Aniston didn’t work: he thought she was fake, insecure mess.

Anyway, I wrote about the item, and I honestly thought there was probably something there. It seemed like it was perfectly plausible that Aniston was trying to get on Bradley, and it was perfectly plausible that the National Enquirer story had merit, especially when the “source” was saying all kinds of bitchy things about Renee Zellweger (and how Renee “stole” Bradley away from Aniston, because Aniston is always The Victim, Forever). Many of you disagreed with me, throwing a huge pity party for poor Jennifer who WOULD NEVER EVER look at Bradley because… I don’t know, something about Angelina, probably. Well, I told you so. Look who’s publicist got this dropped into People Magazine:

    Is it more than a friendly connection? A month after splitting with Renée Zellweger, Bradley Cooper is getting back in touch with Jennifer Aniston.

    “In the past few weeks, they have stayed in contact,” a source tells PEOPLE.

    The two were first linked in 2009, when they stepped out for dinner in New York, but they didn’t really seem to click until now.

    “Jen always had a soft spot for Bradley, and she thinks he is very attractive and charming,” the source says. ” Jen appreciates that Bradley is low-key, loves dogs and is focused on his movie career.”

    Cooper, 36, is back in L.A. after promoting his new thriller Limitless in Europe, and the source says the actor plans to spend time with Aniston, 42.

    Adds the source: “They have a lot in common.”

I earned this, so I’m going to enjoy it: hahahahahahahahahahahaha, suck it. I was right. Here’s what I don’t know: who is pushing this? For the Enquirer story, it was obviously a Team Aniston plant, but I feel like People Magazine wouldn’t have run this story if they didn’t get a nod from both Bradley and Jennifer’s people. We’ll see. If this story stands unchallenged for the next 24 hours, Aniston has gotten herself another Bradley. BUT: Bradley could end up denying this still, like he did before. We’ll see.

She's been romantically linked to some of Hollywood's hottest leading men, but Jennifer Aniston has just revealed some shocking news: she doesn't mind her single status.

While discussing the ups and downs of courtship the "Switch" star divulged to Red magazine, "I'm not a big fan of dating."

The 42-year-old did admit that she would choose love over her career, but that to her it's really all about finding a balance, "You also have to have your own personal love. What inspires you, what excites you when you wake up in the morning?"

No matter what comes of Jennifer's love life, there's one constant:"Where would you be without friends? The people to pick you up when you need lifting? We come from homes far from perfect, so you end up almost parent and sibling to your friends -- your own chosen family. There’s nothing like a really loyal, dependable, good friend."

It's no secret that Jennifer Aniston has been through her fair share of bad experiences in the relationship department (she's "not a big fan" of dating), so the actress is grateful for the group of really awesome friends who've helped her through them all.

"Where would you be without friends?" she said (via Us magazine). "The people to pick you up when you need lifting? We come from homes far from perfect, so you end up almost parent and sibling to your friends -- your own chosen family. There’s nothing like a really loyal, dependable, good friend. Nothing."

So, with a list of pals that includes Chelsea Handler and Courteney Cox, who's her best friend? She can't pick! "So many, I couldn't do that," she says. "I'll say me!"

The actress adds that it's always important to be in tune with yourself. "You also have to have your own personal love," the Switch star said. "What inspires you, what excites you when you wake up in the morning?"

Jennifer Aniston is set to take the director’s chair once again. Back in 2006 she directed the short film “Room 10″ and now she’s set to direct a new short film about breast cancer. Jennifer’s film is set to be part of Lifetime TV’s five-part series, Project Five.
She shared:

“Our hope with Project Five is to entertain, inform and inspire dialogue, research and prevention. Otherwise, our goals are small. We want these films to move people and empower those affected by breast cancer to stand tall through this challenge, which impacts all of our lives, no matter who we are.”

Alicia Keys and Demi Moore are also set to direct the projects, as well.

Gerard Butler and Jennifer Aniston probably boned. I have accepted that, although the thought of Gerard grunting and sweating on top of Aniston still makes me nauseous. I prefer to think of him grunting on top of me, or, failing that, someone who looks a lot like me. Like Monica Bellucci (LOL). But yes, Gerard and Aniston were all over each other for a short time.

He vacationed in Cabo with her and her friends, and he even stuck his finger up her ass. Ugh, here comes a wave of nausea…. Monica Bellucci, Monica Bellucci. Okay, I’m good. So, Gerard and Jennifer probably made sweet, sweaty, grunting, boring love and it was so bad that Gerard had to pick up another woman, French journalist Lisa Cholewa, halfway through Bounty Hunter’s European tour. Still, Gerard and Jennifer are still friendly, apparently. Friendly enough that he calls her to wish her a happy birthday:

The romance fizzled fast, but the friendship is still going strong between Gerard Butler and Jennifer Aniston. Dining al fresco with pals in the Chateau Marmont’s garden, Butler suddenly smacked his forehead and blurted: “Ohmigod! It’s Jen Aniston’s birthday. I’ve got to call her right now and wish her a happy one.”

Whipping out his cell phone, Butler speed-dialed, got Jen and bellowed cheerily: “Happy birthday, LUV!” After a few joke-y gibes about her age (she’s 42), the sentimental Scot propped the phone in the middle of the table and - as diners gawked, grinned and even joined in - he enthusiastically conducted his posse in a pitchy but powerful rendition of “Happy Birthday”.

Does Gerard says things like “Ohmigod!”? No. And the only thing Gerard whips out is his…you know. Did this happen? Whatever. If it did happen, it just proves that they’re still friendly enough to have each other’s phone numbers. Plus, it’s not like Gerard remembered her birthday before the actual day came. That bitch didn’t even send Jennifer flowers! He’s so delightfully cheap. When Gerard and I get married, we’ll clip coupons together.

Jennifer Aniston’s haircut is one of the biggest stories of the week. And I’m fine with that. I’d rather be talking about her hair than her friendship with Chelsea Handler, you know? Anyway, Aniston’s famous, long-time hair dresser Chris McMillan gave an exclusive interview to Allure about Aniston’s new hair. It’s a funny thing to think about - Chris is so much more than Aniston’s hair stylist. He’s so much more than her friend too - he’s part of her entourage, and he gets paid to travel with her internationally and do her hair.

Think about this - Aniston didn’t cut her hair before the American premiere of Just Go With It. She didn’t cut her hair before the European promotion started. She cut her hair mid-way through promotion - in between Germany and Spain. Was it planned? Did she want it to be the story of the week? Was she drunk? Chris tells all!

Allure: Tell me about the cut. What inspired it?
McMillan: “I call it a hairline bob that follows the jawline down. It’s shortened in back and longer in front. It’s angled and inspired by Vidal Sassoon haircuts and Julie Christie from Shampoo.”
Why now?
McMillan: “It was just time for a change. We had a blast doing it. And we’ve always liked this haircut. It’s about keeping things simple. The way Celine and Calvin Klein and Jil Sander and all these clothing lines are keeping it really simple and chic. I really feel that fashion right now. All the styles are back to when I first started doing hair. And I love it.”
If you want the cut, what should you ask for at the salon?
McMillan: “In the back it angles up—it was cut at the nape. I love it when it’s slightly angled. The angle adds a modern edge to it. To keep it modern, it’s not too blunt but also not too layered. It kind of has a choppier edge. The ends are cut into, but mainly they’re all one length.”
Does Jennifer have naturally wavy hair? Do you have to blow out the hair with this cut?
McMillan: “We did blow it out for press, but we’re excited to go kind of natural, like Kim Basinger in 9 1/2 Weeks.”
Once you cut her hair, did you need to change the color?
McMillan: “It’s so funny. This is something that happens all the time: Whenever I cut someone’s hair, they say, ‘My color looks so much better.’ The color kind of freshens up when you get a drastic haircut.”
Looks like Jennifer’s got volume at the roots. How do you get that?
McMillan: “A haircut at this length can tend to be a little round. You want to keep it a little more square. So I took the flatiron to straighten out the underneath pieces to take some of the roundness out, and I left the top fluffy and full. I used a bit of mousse at the roots to give it height at the crown.”
So it’s all about the bob again, huh?
McMillan: “I’m loving bobs again. I love the girl in the YSL ads. It’s a sexy look. The reason that I’m loving a bob at the moment… There are so many long, layered hairstyles and—don’t get me wrong, I love that. But The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills all have that. You know what I mean? And what’s the opposite direction you can go in?”
Can I write that, what you said about the Real Housewives?
McMillan: “[Laughs] Yes. They all have that natural, piecey hair. It’s nice to take the extensions out of the hair and do something more natural. It’s gotten out of hand. But I can’t stop watching it.”

So, Aniston is aiming for Julie Christie-Kim Basinger angular-yet-loose, sexy, not piece-y or “Real Housewife”. Did she succeed? Eh. I get the Julie Christie reference, much as it pains me to compare Aniston to Christie. Aniston’s new hair is very, very similar to a style Julie wore for several years. But I don’t get the Kim Basinger reference at all. And Aniston does sometimes give off a Real Housewives vibe, you know? Sometimes she does that unbrushed, hair-in-the-face, big-blowout look that is very, very popular with the Real Housewives.

That famous "Rachel" cut is no longer...at least for now. Jennifer Aniston has chopped off her trademark locks and looked like she was delighted with the change in Madrid on Tuesday.

The actress showed off her new chin-length bob as she smiled with costars Adam Sandler and Brooklyn Decker at a photo call for their new movie, Just Go With It, but still wore her regular fashion staples (long necklaces, gold watch, slim tank top.)

Although her Friends character's hair was her ongoing claim to fame -- with many people asking stylists for "The Rachel" cut -- the actress never got that excited over the 'do.

"How do I say this? I think it was the ugliest haircut I've ever seen," Aniston told Allure. "What I really want to know is, how did that thing have legs?"

The trio of costars looked cool and casual as they posed together for the paparazzi ahead of the big Spanish premiere.

Back home in the States, Ms. Aniston is gearing up to part with her massive Beverly Hills home.

Jen put the mansion up for sale with a listing price of $42 million, citing that the property is “just too much for her.”

Heidi Montag Claims Jennifer Aniston Premiere Ban

Drawing attention to herself for all the wrong reasons once again, Heidi Montag is claiming that she wasn’t allowed to attend the “Just Go With It” premiere because Jennifer Aniston said so.

The former “Hills” star told Us Weekly that - although she was invited to the premiere thanks to a cameo in the film - Ms Aniston wouldn’t allow her to attend because she's “too polarizing.”

“I've been such a huge  Jennifer Aniston fan my entire life and it's just really upsetting that she would do this to me," says  Heidi Montag. "She should know how hard it is to make a career for yourself and to have someone like Jennifer Aniston go out of her way to make things hard for me is really disheartening."



However, a rep for Jen claims she has no issues with the reality star. "This is absolutely false. Jennifer has nothing to do with who was or was not invited," her rep told press.
