Olsen Twins: Billionaires in the Making

Fresh off of a night at the 2011 Costume Designer’s MET Gala, Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen were spotted stepping out in New York City on Tuesday (May 3).

The famous "Full House" twins hurried to their chauffeured vehicle before being driven off to tend to the day’s duties.

Aside from tending to their busy Big Apple schedule, the 24-year-old ladies are currently featured on the cover of Newsweek as “America’s Next Billionaires.”


Being the founders of The Row, whose brand generates an estimated $10-$12 million annually, Mary Kate told the publication, "We wanted someone else to rep it. But we couldn't lie."

Heading out for the busy day ahead, Mary Kate Olsen was spotted leaving the Greenwich Hotel in Tribeca, New York City today (March 24).

The “Full House” babe donned an interesting clothing combo, including an animal print coat over a grey cardigan sweater and a muted pink dress.

Mary Kate and her sister Ashley are featured in the April 2011 issue of Vogue magazine, and they explain that their business strategy is to dream up seemingly impossible goals.

"The thing about us is we think big. Huge," said Mary Kate. Ashley added, “I’m obsessed with branding,” referring to their multiple labels, collections, and the projects they have in the pipeline.

They’re no strangers to fashion festivities, and last night (March 16) Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen were in the house for the 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards announcement party.

The “Full House” ladies arrived at Diane von Furstenberg’s New York City studio to mingle with style industry bigwigs and hear who was nominated for a trophy at the upcoming June event.

And as it turns out, Mary Kate and Ashley will be in the running for the New Talent Award for their popular collection The Row.

Also gunning for some hardware will be Lady GaGa, who will be honored with the CFDA Fashion Icon Award.

Mary-Kate Olsen's Big Apple Fashion Statement

Leaving her New York City apartment earlier today (March 15), Mary Kate Olsen made yet another fashion statement with her unique choice of outfit.

The 24-year-old blonde turned heads as she wandered out into the Big Apple wearing a cheetah print hat, round black glasses, a brown scarf and an over-sized black jacket.

Clearly on the cutting edge when it comes to fashion, it come ass no surprise that Mary-Kate's new rumored beau is a shoe designer named Seth Campbell, according to US Magazine.

A source close to the pair told Us, "Their relationship is fairly new. They've been able to have a few dates on the down low. He's a downtown kind of guy, likes to party every now and then."

MK split from boyfriend Nate Lowman last winter after two years of dating, but things seem to be going well with Campbell, who is said to be adjusting to the spotlight that comes with dating an Olsen twin.

Mary-Kate Olsen has a new man in her life! The fashion designer split from artist Nate Lowman in February 2010 after a two-year relationship, but she was recently spotted on a date with Upper Echelon Shoes co-founder Seth Campbell at Lavo restaurant and nightclub in New York.

A source told Us Weekly magazine: "Their relationship is fairly new. They've been able to have a few dates on the down low. He's a downtown kind of guy, likes to party every now and then.

"His company is in the press but he's not, so it works out that way. They're both like each other and are just seeing where things go. Having fun."

The couple have also enjoyed numerous other dates in New York, including a night out with Mary-Kate’s actress sister Elizabeth at The Jane hotel to celebrate her 22nd birthday.

Before embarking on a relationship with Lowman in 2008, Mary-Kate was linked to a string of men, including the late actor Heath Ledger. But she had been officially single since 2005 when she split from Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos.

Mary-Kate shot to fame alongside twin sister Ashley in the hit TV show Full House aged nine months.

Mary Kate Olsen graced the cover for the US version of Marie Claire magazine. We JUST saw Drew Barrymore's UK cover a few minutes ago. Today is the day for MC!

Here are a few excerpts from the actress turned designer's interview:

On her 'Full House' days: "I look at old photos of me, and I don't feel connected to them at all… I would never wish my upbringing on anyone…"

On what she learned from Heath Ledger's death: "I think it's really important to be able to talk when something's wrong. I learned at a really young age that if you don't talk about it, it can drive you insane."

On her dedication to 'The Row': "It took us a year-and-a-half to make the first T-shirt,"

On whether or not she wants to continue to act: "I still read scripts, and if something great comes along, that's great … but this is my day job. The Row is where I go every day."
