This is SO sad! If these stories are true, then it looks like Brooke Mueller has indeed fallen off the wagon. TMZ reports that she refused to take a drug test last night. A refusal is considered a “dirty test” under her custody deal with Charlie Sheen.

Radar Online reports that Charlie is preparing to go back to court. He could ask for temporary custody of the boys while Brooke goes to rehab.

I feel horrible for their sons! Addiction is a tough, tough illness to manage.

TMZ reports that Brooke Mueller was caught on video at a pawn shop trying to get cash for a watch and a stereo and was acting very strangely. Her friends have no idea where she’s disappeared to, even though her mom says she’s fine and that she was only trying to help a friend out who needed to pawn the items.

Rumors are swirling that she’s on a drug bender, possibly triggered by her new reality show with Paris Hilton – most of Brooke’s scenes were cut from the upcoming show. She also failed to show up for an event on Wednesday night.


Brooke’s mom says she’s fine, but Radar Online says that she bought crack just yesterday and is off the rails. The source also shared:

“Brooke is having a full-fledged crack relapse. Her lawyer has been trying to reach her, to no avail. Brooke has 3-4 friends that are big-time party animals, and they came over the her Los Feliz mansion, picked her up, and she hasn’t been seen since.”

Brooke has to take a mandatory drug test at 6pm tonight, but if she fails to show up, she could lose custody of her boys.

It’s safe to say there’s been little to no normalcy in his life as of late, but finally Charlie Sheen has reached an agreement with Brooke Mueller regarding their children.

Lawyers for both the “Two and a Half Men” actor and his estranged wife said they have struck an agreement that will settle their recent custody dispute over their twin sons, Max and Bob.

Furthermore, the Associated Press is reporting that the agreement will also end Mueller’s pursuit of a restraining order against Sheen.

In order to protect their baby boys, the couple has decided to keep all details confidential.

They’ve been on the road to divorce for awhile, and now Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are nearing the end of their marriage.

The “Two-and-a-Half Men” star and his soon-to-be-ex-wife will be officially divorced on May 2nd, and they filed their final paperwork this week.

The terms of the split are as follows- Brooke will be paid $55,000 per month in child support, as she’ll have primary physical custody of their twins Bob and Max.

Furthermore, she’ll get a $757,698.70 lump sum payment from Sheen, as well as $1 million for letting him keep their house.

While the downward spiral of Charlie Sheen continues to spin drunkenly, the actor's ex-wife is getting her life back on track. Hopefully.

Reports confirm that Brooke Mueller has left the sober living house into which she checked late last year.

"Her treatment team felt that she is ready to leave and go back home," a source tells Radar Online, adding that Brooke has since "been enjoying spending time with her twins."


Which is nice to hear. Because Charlie Sheen clearly hasn't been.

The insider says Mueller now has a "very positive outlook for the future." The hardest part of the experience?

"Being away from the boys every night. She hated saying goodbye to them every night. Brooke would spend all day with them and tuck them in at night and then go to the sober living facility."

UPDATE: Says attorney Yale Galanter: "Brooke's program doesn't end, but she can travel, work, sleep at home and spend time with her kids. She can go to classes at the facility whenever she wants but she is doing remarkably well."

TMZ may have been on to something with their story that Brooke Mueller was taken to a sober house after partying too hard around Thanksgiving. Brooke’s mother, Moira, denied that story, but now she is the one who reportedly told People that Brooke has checked into a sober living facility.

“She is struggling with her sobriety and we are going away on a cruise so we feel better that she will be there while we are gone,” says Fiore, who adds that Mueller is expected to remain at the facility for about two weeks.

While Fiore did not reveal the name of the center, she says, “It is a facility for very wealthy people trying to fight addictions. Brooke is really trying to get her life back.”

Brooke, who’s been filming a new reality TV show with Paris Hilton (which is why they’re always being photographed together), apparently felt she couldn’t handle an upcoming trip to Las Vegas.

“Paris and the other girls on the show are going to Las Vegas and Brooke did not feel she could handle it now,” says her mother. “She was scared. We’re all happy she will be in the facility and hope she will feel better.”

TMZ reports that it was Kathy Hilton, Paris’ mother, who drove Brooke to the sober living facility. I think it’s a good sign that Brooke is able to acknowledge her struggles and take action to help herself.

The Oxygen network has confirmed this astounding, ridiculous news in a statement that reads: "Paris has led a very public, jet-setting life. As she enters the next stage of her life, the provocative heiress and her life beyond what we see in the tabloids will become the focus [on the show]."

Wait, so Paris does things other than snort cocaine and get involved in hit-and-runs with her boyfriend? Writers are likely hard at work on scripts that prove this is the case.

Joining Hilton on the series will be her mother, photographer Jennifer Rovero, socialite Allison Melnick and, yes, Charlie Sheen's recently-abused wife. Or ex-wife. Or soon-to-be-ex-wife. It's unclear.
